Fancy a new tasty herbal option to coffee?

Need an option to the 5 cups of coffee a day you're drinking? Totally bored with herbal tea?   I recently went to the launch of a brand new collection of four Organic Latte herbal drinks by Pukka (due in Tesco soon if not already) that taste kinda naughty but truly aren't!   A first - or so I believe - these links are classified as organic and only contain ground spices, coconut milk powder (deemed the healthiest option) or the chocolate substitute cacao powder. Choose from Ginger Joy (my absolute fave and perfect for the autumn that is very soon about to start) - a blend of turmeric and cinnamon spices,  Turmeric Gold (my husband's fave) with cardamom and saffron; Majestic Matcha green tea, all made with coconut powder; and Cacao Maca Magic with ashwagandha (an “adaptogen” popular in Ayurvedic medicine which I take as a supplement to act as a general tonic and help the body cope with daily stress, memory (let's just blame the menopause), and to relieve pain and inflammation). Simply mix with warm milk - preferably goat's, almond or oat milk for health not dairy (but that's your choice) - better in a pan than microwaved - stir in two heaped teaspoons with a tiny amount at first to avoid lumps, then stir in the rest of the milk and enjoy! I think they're about £6.99 for a sachet, which makes about 15-20 cups ...hunt them down and let me know what you think!
