Loved this Brexit Beauty story in YOU magazine (Mail On Sunday) by the brilliant Beauty Director Edwina Ings-Chambers, and lucky for us she included JOGB as a key emerging British beauty wellness brand.

It's a great read, not only because I'm passionate about our brand being made in the UK and helping to in our small way to promote the British economy and use homegrown skills and talents that Britain has to offer - from natural perfumers and botanical manufacturers to sustainable box crafters and glass specialists.
As the article says, read here online, it's key to be GB according to Mintel - especially when it comes to spa-inspired, natural, plant-based products that are more sustainable and consciously crafted to be more environmental - as apparently 'over 24% of UK consumers prefer to buy British beauty and personal care products as we lead the way in natural, organic and spa-based'. That does leave 3/4 of us who don't consider it an important aspect. But Britain must start manufacturing more - and we're such a creative nation.
Next year - 2022 - no-one can be certain how the price of imports and exports will be even more affected, so needless-to-say, the knowledge that any UK delivery (from manufacturing to your postman) is just coming along the motorway (with fuel), is a true comfort. Plus surely our footprint must get greener, our consciousness must get cleaner too. And in the process why not get other nations loving #MadeinEngland too, as the UK has such a fabulous network of beauty manufacturing with integrity, creativity, and trust at our core, we need to shout about it more.
